Other Ways to Help
I understand that organ donation is a deeply personal decision. If you are unable to be evaluated, you can still support me by:
-
Sharing this page with your friends and family
-
Consider putting a bumper sticker on your car.
-
Wear a shirt with the Life4Rich Logo to help spread the word.
-
Keeping me in your prayers and thoughts
-
Staying connected in case other needs arise along this journey

Why A Living Donor?
While I am on the transplant list, finding a living donor could significantly shorten the wait and improve my chances for a healthier future.
If you feel called to see if we are a match, please contact the Living Donor Coordinator, Cody Wooley, at 314-257-8310.

What to Expect as a Donor
-
There is no obligation to move forward at any stage.
-
The initial step may simply involve a blood test to check compatibility.
-
All costs related to the evaluation and transplant are covered by my insurance (not the donor’s).
-
Grants are available to help with lost wages, travel, and related expenses.

How to Begin the Process
When you feel ready, you can begin the donor registration process through the transplant program. Every step is voluntary, and you can stop at any time.

My Second Chance Starts With You.
Hi Friends!
Rich Clark here!
I don’t often share personal details about my health, but sometimes life brings unexpected challenges that require us to lean on the support of others.
I am currently in Stage 5 Kidney Disease and am starting dialysis.
I’ve completed all testing and have been placed on the Kidney Transplant List at St. Louis University Hospital’s Transplant Program. My doctors have encouraged me to begin the search for a living donor.
Will you share your spare?

A Note of Gratitude
I am truly blessed with such loving friends and family. Your prayers, encouragement, and willingness to spread the word mean more than I can ever express.
Please share this page with others—it may help me find the match that gives me a second chance at life.
With love and gratitude,
💜 Rich Clark
